HOW IT WORKS

Tell us the job you want. Every morning we check the source.

We check thousands of companies' own hiring systems and email you the new matches — with their real posting age. Here's the mechanism, step by step, then the hard questions.

01

You set your signal.

Pick your role from ~15 IT positions, whether you want permanent / contract / freelance, remote / hybrid / on-site, and which countries. Takes a minute.

backend · contract · remote · DE, NL, BG
02

We watch the source, daily.

We read jobs directly from companies' own applicant-tracking systems — the same feed their careers page uses — not from job boards that repost and go stale. Every day we re-check what's still there.

Greenhouse · Lever · Ashby · Workable · Personio…
03

You get the shortlist.

One email — weekly on the free plan, every morning on paid. Only new matches you haven't seen, each with how old the posting really is and a direct apply link. When a company takes a job down, it's out of your inbox within a day.

6 new matches · newest first · real posting age

The age badge — our promise, made visible.

Every job carries one. "posted" means the employer's own system states the date. When a source doesn't state one, we say "first seen" — a weaker claim, marked with a dashed border so it never masquerades as fresh. You decide if "posted 4 months ago" is worth your time.

posted 2 days agofresh · ≤ 7 days
posted 19 days agoaging · 8–30 days
posted 4 months agoold · > 30 days
first seen 12 days agofallback · dashed = weaker claim
FOR THE SKEPTIC

The questions a senior engineer would ask.

Every claim here is one you could verify yourself. Where we can't prove something, we say so.

How is this different from LinkedIn alerts?+

LinkedIn shows reposts and listings that sit for months with no date you can see. We read the employer's own system, show the real posting age, and drop a job within 24h of them removing it.

Do you promise no ghost jobs?+

No — and anyone who does is guessing. A company can leave a filled role published; we can't see inside their hiring. What we can prove: it's still posted on their own system today, and here's exactly how old it is. You decide.

Where do the jobs come from?+

Directly from employers' applicant-tracking systems — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Personio and more. The source, not a middleman board.

Why only EU?+

Because "remote" too often means "US-only." We filter by the country the employer actually states, so you don't wade through jobs you can't take.

What's in the email?+

Job title, company, type (permanent/contract/freelance), work mode, stated location, real posting age, and a direct apply link. No wall of description — you click through to the source.

Who's behind it?+

Siere — independent, based in Bulgaria, funded by subscriptions. No sponsored listings, ever.
